The hotel was very nice, reception area very welcoming and the rooms were clean. Excellent parking in front of the hotel.

the overall decor was dated and a bit dirty, and the area is an industrial park.. when we arrived the lady at the front desk couldnt find our booking and suggested we may have booked at one of the other hotels as there is some adjoining hotels that seem to be apart of the same group, it was a bit of an odd set up. The hotel is advertised as having an EV charger but this is actually located at one of the other joining hotels. the air conditioner did not work, we tried to sleep with the windows open instead but too many bugs made this impossible. Finally the beds in were extremely uncomfortable, like trying to sleep on an ironing board.

Everything. The family room was big enough for me and my husband and our two small children. The staffs were also helpful. Breakfast was also good.
