Modern design, large room, very comfortable. Great staff. Great location. Good breakfast buffet. Staff went beyond to freeze cooler and ice pack for medications! Very good shower.

The room was dark. The electrical outlet by the bed is poorly located! Had to plug in devices and not enough space between plug and wall to accept adaptor and CPAP power supply. Honestly worst placement of a power plug I have seen in thousands of hotels in over 59 years of travel.

not easy to regulate the temperature in the room; not possible to order food in the lounge area, although a full menu for room service was available; weird setup of room with toilet / shower / sink in 3 different spaces; sink was far from window so no natural light there even during the day

The hotel needs refurbishing. Stayed there 10 years ago amd was very good. Not this time

Nothing, loved it

The location was close to many restaurants and close to major transportation along av Diagonale and tour buses. Lots of activity in the evening so it felt safe. Beautiful buildings. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Seating in the room was a bit awkward. There was a slightly uncomfortable bench and a padded stool, but no small table for two to sit at.
