Niagara Fallsview Hotel Suites

Over all nice

Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room smelled a bit musty and the furniture has seen better days.

The Riverview room was excellent and very nice and quiet. The front desk checking in was very nice and they were very helpful with any questions you had that they could answer. Lots of choices to go eat all within walking distance of the hotel.

That I couldn't stay longer.

The views of the falls were great

Room was not ready at check-in time. The button for jetted tub did not work. The bed was supposed to be king-sized.

View from the room was breath taking. The hotel was well located for sights and restaurants. For a visit to Niagra Falls this hotel is ideal.

The only that we found difficult was parking. We had to park off site and instructions weren't very clear. However, we did arrive late at night after a stressful day of travelling!
