my stay was good in...

the hotel was good, but staff was very rude. The do not know how to communicate with guest. Very unmannered. No all of corse we had problem with 2 of the persons. They are there to help not to shout. We had a problem with the room key, it couldnot open the door, went to a guy at the desk he gave another key no problem, key coulnot open the door ,we went back and then he got angry ohhhh myyyy. we there tired not our fault and we cannot go in the room. After one hour he send a mechanican and the problem was the battery of the door was out . OHHHH what a bad day. Then the room opened
