Breakfast was excellent, great variety Location was good... walking distance to alot of things
Rooms were quite small for a family of four.
Location is convenient. Right in front of train station
The room has very poor sound proof. We happened to stay there during music festival and the music was sooo loud from 6pm till 2am.. we couldn’t sleep and the streets were so dirty and smelly after the festival. But I know it’s not just that area, it happens to other area as well. But we will appreciate it if the hotel can inform us of this event prior to booking so we can take this into consideration when booking. With young kids, I would not have booked the room if I was aware of the event.
When we went to our room there was an extra bed/sofa which occupied a large space. I called front desk. Sofa was rearranged but still space was limited. ...then there was only one towel (?)
Room was not ready for us
The location was great, right in the very heart of Paris with most tourist sites within short metro distance
The renovations did not bring out the hotel’s best
Nice hotel with very helpful staff
Location is the best asset of this hotel.
The rooms offered even executive don’t justify the price which is more than at a 5 stars hotel. Just for location it is too high.
Room is sooo big by paris standard. Breakfast was good too one of the rare ones with live egg station. Loved the crepes.
Pricey! Didn't like how taxis can't come right up to the front and we'd need to pull our luggages a short 50m distance to the road.
