Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with our stay. We have stayed at Hampton Inn by Hilton many times, but never had an experience like this before. Upon checking in, they said that none of the room keys worked. They had single room keys, but the room they gave me did not have a room key and the man at the front desk said that I would need to call to have my door opened any time I leave which sounds absurd but we did not have a room key. When we got to the room, it was filthy. The bedsheets had blood stains, dirt and long hairs, The bathroom was also dirty. I went downstairs and told them and they moved me to a new room on the same floor. At least this room I had my own key and didn’t need to be escorted. Unfortunately, this other room was also dirty with hair in the bed and no towels in the bathroom. Instead of changing rooms again, housekeeping came, and made the bed. Needless to say it was not a great experience especially with my two small children. It was very difficult and frustrating. I would like a refund of my one night stay.

Friendly staff, cosy rooms, great buffet breakfast, easy access from to airport.

there were no food choices within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast unfortunately is standard American Diet with folded eggs to look like omelets and the standard cereals, waffles breads etc. Not healthy at all.
