I had been here before, clean rooms.

Everything was awful except housekeeping. This is especially true of the front desk service, Matthew was rude and unhelpful. Will avoid the this property in the future.

There was blood on the walls of the bathroom By the toilet the doorway and in the shower on the handle The shower head leaks and it was like it was raining in the bathroom

Couldnt check in as the office was having a lunch break and a sign was on the door to come back 40 min later.

Coffee was good but that’s about it.

Where should I start. Didn’t get the room I reserved. Instead got a double bed room that was filthy. Shower floor was full of hair like someone just got a haircut and forgot to rinse the shower down. Room floors full of hair and food crumbs. Remote control didn’t work with the tv. The vending machine room smelled like mildew. Only one washer worked. Tried getting a room change said nothing was available to try again in the morning. Manager gave us a new room the next day but tried to intimidate us by constantly repeating himself that a deep thorough investigation of the rooms will be conducted.The staff was just rude. Would walk away when trying to speak to them due to language barrier, but when I spoke their language they were even more rude.
