Poor WiFi connection

The hotel was beautiful, staff friendly and accommodating. Room was a comfortable size (corner king high floor, with city/ocean view).

The daily valet parking fee was $68, without a self park option. The "state-of-the-art" fitness room, had older equipment and was very small. Room was on 17th floor, the restaurant is on 18th and noise can be heard from above.

The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious and very comfortable. The property is well located on 2nd Avenue, and very close to the Santa Monica Pier. I loved Penthouse Restaurant, the views, the food, the vibe!

The spa pool wasn’t working Just a small thing - perhaps think of replacing the irons and ironing boards with a portable steamer.

We loved our 3 night stay at this hotel, from the welcome and efficient valet service to the well appointed room with gorgeous view. We also went to the fabulous Penthouse restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the food and service were excellent both times, as was room service. The location was also great, convenient for downtown and beach/pier. It was the end of a 2 week California road trip and a great way to finish
