Hotel Dei Cavalieri

I thought the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The location was also perfect and within walking distance of many sights.

I would only complain about the size of my room (a little too small for my liking) and that there was no dresser to place my clothing for my stay.

New decor, helpful staff, breakfast

Crowded and chaotic lobby, could not switch lights appropriately in room, inconsistent operation of room heater

The team at reception were very welcoming. The room we had on the 9th floor had been recently refurbished and was spacious with very comfortable beds. The location was great for getting to all the sights. The breakfast which was included was superb with lots of choice

The TV channels in English were limited to CNN and BBC news. Access to Netflix app would have been good.

The staffs always ready to give information and to solve anything. The hotel is very good located, close to Duomo and all stores. You can do all by foot.

The location is great.

Their Ac is dripping and my friend need to move rooms at 12 minnight.
