Hollywood Gateway Inn

I would like a refund. I had to leave a few hours after checking due to roaches in the room. I showed the front a video of the roaches and apologized, but she didn't provide a solution. She said the manager would call me,but no one did.

The Wi-Fi and tv services suck! No reception. No good quality

We checked in - nice staff.

Location did not feel or appear safe. Hotel smelled of marijuana. Empty, run down buildings around. Went to look at room- broken tiles, rust shower falling apart. Other patrons leaving told us about bed bugs. Pictures on line do not match what we saw. Left and did not stay there.

my problem was that the location was kindof awful at first but it did not remain a problem after i realized the serious weed smell everywhere. the people at night were scarry but its not the property’s mistake. HOWEVER THE COCKROACHES IN OUR ROOM WAS THE PROPERTY’S MISTAKE. THE ROOMS WERE NOT CLEAN ENOUGH SO THERE WERE THREE COCKROACHES

Fantastic staff and appreciated breakfast Rooms are a little tired as couldn’t use the patio door to pool
