Breakfast was pretty good, yet it lacked a food variety. The location is quite good - it is close to the city centre and has good transportation accessibility to public transport
The hospitality of the staff at the reception desk is not great. The photos of the room are not in line with what you get at the hotel - e.g., the room lacks some interior accessories that you can see on the pictures; balcony apparently is available only for few rooms and upon the request that you need to make in advance
It was a really nice room and friendly staff..
The bed was to small and not comfortable. I am 187cm tall and my feets didnt fit in???
Hotel was gorgeous, loved the interior! It was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They even helped us with getting around Paris and also made up cute balloons, macarons and a card for my birthday, was really sweet. Location is good, really nice and safe area. Such a cute boutique hotel i would stay again.
I think based on the size of the room, it would have been good to have some air or a fan in the toilet. Also, lighting isnt the best for girls getting ready for a night out lol, some brighter lights would have been good for applying our make-up. However, hotel room was still nice.
Room was large and well specified, bed was exceptionally comfortable and the air con was excellent, easy to control and get to just the right temperature whilst also being quiet. Nice big TV if you wanted to watch it (I'd estimate it was at least 55" screen size)
Mini bar for this price should have been free in my view (we are talking circa 400 per night so not cheap) and the choice of drinks was not to my taste (about 6 things in there, only beer was 1 x bottle of pale ale..!), view was poor but not much you can do about that I suppose (looked over a dirty roof of the building next door). Main issue overall was the breakfast, quite simply if I'd known what it was I wouldn't have booked it, standard continental breakfast however not the best I've had of that type (do bear in mind I'm not a fan of this type of breakfast, I'd take a traditional English breakfast over this stuff any day of the week). Coffee was from a machine and was a bit bitter, no English breakfast tea (I know your in France but enough English go to have a proper tea bag around the place somewhere, they don't eat anything now do they), cold meats were akin to the ones you'd get from a local supermarket in a packet and a few cheeses to go with them (not bad cheese but not a big choice). Croissants and Pain au Chocolat for pastries, don't really like either of these however not the best version of what I've had of these (no Pain au Raisen which is the one i do like..!)
The staff were friendly and very helpful. Fantastic property in a great location.

location, excellent a short stroll from port Royal metro
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was great, the room was small but very nice! We were on our honeymoon and the staff went the extra mile to give us a handwritten note. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Its a little far from the main attractions and a train line so it did take a bit to get around but that would be the only thing!
