Good quiet location within 10 minutes walk of old town, (bit longer coming back as it's uphill!). Room very big, good facilities and everything in it you need.

Shame there's no bar for a nightcap, (or two).

Room was nice and had a kitchenette. Everything was clean and kitchen supplies were all provided. All in all a great stay!

Location is in a steep hill so coming and going to the hotel was a bit of a challenge.

Room that I booked looked much different that I saw on pictures. I expected bigger room but got nearly half a size of what I expected and got on booking confirmation. Lady in reception said that rooms are very different and pictures were taken in one particular room. Breakfast was ok but in my opinion very poor selection of food, I expect more when I book a room in 4 stars hotel , on my last morning lady who was serving food was very rude, when I asked her about more bread, she rolled her eyes... Lamps beside bed wasn't working and even when I asked in reception to fix it, problem wasn't solved...

We appreciated spacious room and hotel location in a residential area. However, despite being in a quiet neighbourhood, our room faced the road, exposing us to disruptive car noise and hotel maintenance sounds. The advertised "good breakfast" felt short, offering limited options, particularly for warm food. We were disappointed to find that once the warm food ran out, there were no additional offerings. Cleaning standards were mediocre, necessitating us to follow up and request towel replacements. Families with infants should be aware of the stiff uphill road leading to the hotel, as it might require additional effort.

Our experience took a drastic downturn during checkout due to a misunderstanding caused by the hotel staff. What followed was an unpleasant revelation of the service quality staff resorted to shaming, talking over us, and even involving other guests to emphasize their point. This incident left a lasting negative impression. Despite seeking explanations from the management, they failed to followup on this incident or address our concerns. Overall, our stay was far from pleasant, and given the same budget, we believe there are better accommodation options available.

The room was very spacious and looked good and clean. The bathroom was also quite big and had a bathtub. There was plenty of room to store your things in the cupboards. This would be fine for a long stay. The room looked the same as the pictures. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee sachets.

There is a bus stop in the same street as the hotel, but this bus runs once in half an hour. You would have to walk a bit for the other bus stops. It is not that far but if you arrive with all your luggage, it would be nice if there was a bus stop closer. The road to the hotel is also quite uphill and especially at the entrance.

The rooms here are very well appointed. Lots of space and just what you need for a short or long stay. Breakfast is delicious and staff are friendly and helpful.
