The staff was incredible lead by the manager, Rafael. Fantastic hospitality and made our large groups transitions so smooth. Ive never had better service and I travel weekly for business. Ill definitely be back.

It was immaculate

Beautiful hotel, great pool, great spa, great gym, great coffee, good food.

Location. But this was known and organising transfers was easy.

Shower didnt drain, staff came into room randomly a few times

The surroundings of the hotel were amazing. It was so tranquil and relaxing

Because it was end of season the staff were a little pre occupied with closing it down

The hotel is very modern and beautiful. The food is outstanding. The service and people are super professional. The S.p.A. is also exceptional)

The architecture and design was serene, breakfast was amazing, staff were extremely helpful and treatments were very high standard

Our private pool was very cold so a little bit of heat would be nice.

Nothing to dislike

We loved Nous! I really appreciated our beautiful huge room with so many thoughtful touches like yoga mats and two different brightness settings for the lights, as well as our lovely private pool. The staff was super nice and helpful and the main pool and spa pool were both stunning. The breakfast buffet was really tasty with a wonderful variety. The gym was also really nice and well equipped.

If I had to pick something I think my only complaint might be the location because we didnt realize it wasnt practical/safe to walk to/from Fira (we knew it was a longish walk but not that there werent really sidewalks) and traveling around via taxi was a bit expensive. But everything else was wonderful! The hotel isnt located on the water so there isnt as much of a view but I felt like the pools and space made up for that.
