Liked the clean and renovated room

The ac didn't work. I didn't complain because it was late when i got back to the room and didn't want to deal with it

Cleaning ladies not friendly and made too much noise

The refrigerator did not work at all and I asked multiple times to the staff and called them to fix it and they never did our food was spoiled and the drinks we brought were damaged so we had to order drinks through room service and still waited for the “engineer” to fix the fridge never happened totally unacceptable total waste of money and time to be in a room that didn’t have a working refrigerator absurd awful and totally wrongful

Nice room, accessible shower, convenient to handicapped parking, great design aesthetic & location.

King mattress in our room was a bit saggy. I room coffee was marginal.

Nice but large looked abandoned but they are re modeling. The bar and lounge looked beautiful. The pool area was nice. It was just very large property.

If I had known it was being remodeled I would’ve stayed elsewhere!
