It's location to the Sphere
Water pressure not good in shower and toilet. Pool late hour at 9AM.
They have a kiosk for checking in and out. Clean hotel room.
If I'm not mistaken, on website they say free parking but at the end.. I had to pay for it at check out. Elevator on garage 1 is broken, so we had to use the stairs up and down with our things/luggages.
The staff was so rude and unwelcoming. The check in process took over 30 minutes at 10:30pm. The parking garage had 1 elevator and it was broken so we had to walk our bags down 7 floors and back up 7 floors to the car the next day.
Location
There was no coffee pot in room, we were charged to move room due to loud music, no free parking for guests, Nicole and dined is the whole way
