I liked the artificial intelligence concierge and how fast and efficient the staff was.
The lights didn’t work. There was a bit of uncleanliness going on as well.
Location and clean. That's my two must haves. Located on a great part of the strip, close to everything that I planned on doing. The room was a little on the small side and dimly lit, BUT it was clean and quiet and that's all that really matters. Would definitely stay again.
Not a big fan of the self check-in. After which my credit card had a hold put on it for an amount that was significantly more than expected. But after a quick conversation with a front desk employee, it turns out they hold $50/day which is all returned at check out. So no big deal, just caught me a little off guard. It may have even been mentioned during the self check-in but I certainly missed it.
Best value for being in the heart of the strip! Clean and comfortable and easy to get around from there! Staff was polite and friendly too!
The room had a slight smell but it was nothing major
Expensive breakfast but the restaurant options nearby were ok
Would have liked a place to easily refill water bottles with purified water
The location and price were good.
WiFi: they charge a HUGE resort fee and just allow 2 devices per room to be connected and extra devices are charged at 15$ per device per day... this is ridiculous! People have more devices nowadays and need internet they should review it. check-in: I did on the automated check-in booth but there is a lack of information for example about what is included or not, how to use the facilities, etc. For sure not a 4 star hotel!
