Residhotel St Etienne Centre

Very good location near the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

The coridor was dark all the time, so it was complicated even to lock the door or go to the elevator.

The location was good and the receptionist was nice and helpful.

The bed was hard and the pillows were crap so really didnt get a good night sleep. The room wasnt ready at check in time as the guests before us overstayed, we were exhausted and didnt feel like the extra wait was worth it either. They ended up giving us another room as when we returned they still didnt have it ready. There is no aircon in the room, it is a bit like a hotbox. You get given a small fan but we didnt use it as it was dirty and we didnt feel like getting sick when on holidays. The hallway lights dont stay on so you walk out into a pitchblack hallway and fumble around for the light switch. There was no body wash in the bathroom. For what we paid its not worth it at all, really disappointed.

The experience was great. I appreciated the staff.tgey were quite welcoming

Too much dust in the studio. Also the shower curtains wouldn't go all the way down
