Public transport not available to get to hotel at times i was travelling. Lift was slow. Multiple tv stations did not work. Wifi was patchy and didn't work in lobby Pool was tiny and so full of kids it was unusable.

Arrival date changed so I tried to change the arrival and departure date for our 2 night stay by one day on booking .com app.1st we sent a message to request date change. Booking .com confirmed request. Hotel did not respond to message so we emailed as well via booking .com app. They advised a 48 hour turnaround but this hotel usually responded within 24 hours. We waited and continued travelling. Booking.com then emailed us to say they had noticed that the hotel had not responded and suggested we ring. I did and no one picked up. Rang the hotel the next day and was told they would not change booking unless booking.com contacted them.!!!!!!!!! We were flying internationally. We had prepaid for 2 nights accommodation.the 1st night when we were not there and the second night we were. Spent the next day/night without a room. Totally pissed off . Who is the customer???? Expect some compensation.
