The night entertainment & the location. Very well kept!

Nothing worth complaining about.

We stayed for our honeymoon and it was a perfect choice. Highly recommend to stay here! - Restaurants: many kind of foods, taste very nice. Especially, Chef's Plate (which needs additional costs though) was amazing. Chef Yajhana's plates were all fabulous and Noe and Mateo's service was perfect. (I really liked Noe-san's Japanese :D) - Location: It's relatively near downtown thus easy to access to other cities as well. - Room: Beautiful view. Always tidy as cleaning service comes almost twice a day. There's a mini bar and we could enjoy beers soft drinks and some snacks. - Entertainment: There're lots of activities and shows every day. - Staff: Everyone's very kind. As we told it was a honeymoon, they prepared a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates. Staff Eddie spoke perfect Japanese and he took care of us a lot. This is one of the reasons that I would like to recommend this hotel for Japanese who can't speak English or Spanish well.

- If we can order room service on the internet, that would be great. - I wanted to check out the activity / entertainment schedule on official website. I missed some fun activities as we've already booked optional tours beforehand.

The hotel is perfect: varied, delicious and plentiful food. The entire staff is kind and welcoming. The room is spacious, clean and luxurious. Glad we chose this hotel.

The entertainment team's performances were damaged due to a low-level sound system and it's a shame, because the entertainment team was professional. The sound hurt the performance and the team. Very hot in the lobby during the show and not pleasant to sit on. No merger.
