Hotel was very clean, the pullout couch was comfortable. Great for a family of 5. Kids liked the French toast.
Asked if we could check in 30 min early and they quoted us a $50 fee (so we didn’t). Kind of ridiculous.
very clean, breakfast was amazing, friendly staff and perfect location
Room was clean
Swimming pool was dirty. Too much chlorine. Room AC was too cold and temperature couldnt b adjusted. It was making too much noise. We couldnt sleep whole night. Room size was too too small Bathroom tap to switch from tap to shower was loose and gave us a hard time in the morning. We complained but no action Breakfast was okay. None of the item was wow on the breakfast menu.
It was very clean and breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly.
There was a lot of people for breakfast long lines. Pool was little bit dirty look like sun tan lotion was in it. And leaves were in the pool. The elevator wait was a bit long. And a lot of guests are in it. I would limit about how many guest can get on elevator or suggest taking stairs avoid high traffic elevator times.
The parking lot at the hotel it wasn't included in the price, no matter if you have the most expensive room or not you have to pay an extra $45+ for parking at the hotel if your lucky to have any space available, I had to look for parking on the street and it's not easy, especially if it is on a weekend. But after 6:30 it's free.
