The price was low and close to the area that I was meeting at. The bed linens seemed clean and comfortable.

The price was affordable. The second room was clean.

I did not like that staff initially issued me a room with black mold in the bathroom. They also knew this beforehand because another guest made me aware as I exited the room to switch. The second room had a sliding door with a broken lock; a bar the lock.

Nothing. It was disgusting. I've never seen a place that was filthier than that. I smelled so bad in there that I had it in my nose for a long time after I ran out of there.

They have people living there. It's basically a slum. People screaming, TV's blaring and apparently the residents are huge fans of marijuana. I don't believe that there is even a working vaccum in the entire building and everything is sticky. Gross!
