Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando

Beautiful grounds and spacious hotel with excellent facilities. The daily room servicing was excellent -our room was very clean and well-stocked every day. Lovely pool area, very good restaurant, good on-site snack and gift shops, fun games arcade, helpful staff. Really good free boat transfer to the theme parks - very regular departures and pick-up, from 7am - 1.15am. Really good value for money and much cheaper to stay on-site than at other theme parks.

Great location for all the Universal parks. Within easy walking distance of all 3 parks and bonus of water taxi to Citywalk! Amazing pool and great food on site, from snacks to steaks.

Tavern doesn't open until 4pm so bar option is a plastic cup from the pool bar

Room was perfect for us. Pool beautiful and well took care of. Water taxi awesome. We enjoyed everything. Meals ate in on site restaurants was very good.

The only problem and it really wasnt a big problem was the water pressure in bathroom.

The pricing is more expansive than what we paid for in Disney World, yet the quality is not up to par. No complementary water available in room. Even though we are not provided with water, we got charged.
