Everything about this hotel was top-notch. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I would schedule a trip just to stay there again. Staff was amazing!!!

I loved everything!

I liked the location, the pool, the hot tub, the little veranda.

It needs a bigger refrigerator. The food was overpriced.

The lobby and patio are wine country gorgeous!

Pretty location. Facilities were nice, seating areas outside very pleasant. We liked the balcony, too.

There was a loud hum we heard in our room, we think it came from the laundry area. The loud hum went on all night, so it was difficult to sleep. We liked the room and bathroom otherwise. Very comfortable. Staff were sorry about the noise but didn't try to fix it or offer another room.

You have an incredible staff. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The reception host remember my name later. We left our electric toothbrushes in the room, Brook assisted us in getting them back quickly - she was great. This is our second stay here and my son has stayed and our friends The Battens joined us and seemed equally pleased. We will stay here again.

We were very pleased with everything.

Did not have breakfast because it was not included in rate, like many/most Hilton properties we stay at. We were not recognized as Diamond members when we arrived and checked in. The TV did not work properly. It was "adjusted" by property staff but it did not fix the problem. The check in process went well. Enjoyed the staff's general welcome, but (see above).
