Location to the airport.

Exterior of the facility was a less than satisfying. The cost to of parking was below average considering the area in which I had to park.

Overall the property was very nice.

I was very disappointed that when booking the property it wasn’t mentioned that parking was NOT included and that I needed to book parking.

Staff was very friendly and were always available at the front desk when needed. Check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. My room looked very modern and the bed was very comfy. Room had everything expected for a typical hotel room.

Some furniture and certain parts of the room didn't seem as clean as they could be. Shower floor was definitely questionable. I asked the staff upfront if I could get a change of linens but that did not happen. Vending machine by my room seemed to be out of all drinks which was a bummer.

No AC , heater blowing 80 degrees heat when it’s 60 degrees outside ON TOP OF DOG SHIT ON THE CARPET, no fans available on top of being on the 10 th floor … staff was completely rude and annoyed what a trip wasted
