floor was under construction. There was a bug on the wall and another one on the desk. towels smelled funky. furnitureble was bad. Dirt under all the glass tops. the main elevator would not call to my floor. The second bed also had a brown stain on it.

Location is the best feature. Price was very fair. At check in we were met by Oscar, and he was very friendly, and professional. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Housekeeping person was very helpful.

This is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. We stayed in room 306. Very in need of updating. Bathroom sink was cracked, faucets were corroded and leaked. Patio chairs were old and breaking apart and did not have cushions. We had plumbing issues day one.

Very old. Not worthy of the Hyatt name.

The hotel has a great location

Hotel is tired and shabby. Room had water damage on walls and ceilings. Wall paper was peeling, curtains were tattered, furniture was banged up, faded and stained. Bathtub faucet was in disrepair, lamps rusted, mold on vents, room was too warm

Location, great views from my room, spacious room

Pool area very limited, food options/ room service or Starbucks drive and faster service/ food was good only I used to go the resorts in indian wells and there is more options.

Location is central in Down Town Palm Springs

The hospitality staff (Front Desk) upon check-in could be more warm and welcoming. We were just treated like a transaction.

Lift and many of the facilities not working. Location is good but didn't lived up to Hyatt name.

Our toilet was not working up to par. There was only one elevator working. The hotel was dated.
