The service was out of this world, it's the most relaxing resort, we've ever been to. The housekeepers were thoughtful and OCD about cleaning and organizing. The wings are a must try from room service, you can arrange for free transport from the airport.
The cancun airport was just overwhelming with hustlers, trying to charge you over 200 for transportation because this hotel is an hour and a half away.
Food and staff are amazing
Our Buter Arturo in Building 71 was exceptional. We loved his spirit and he did his absolute best to make our experience unforgettable. He definitely needs to be compensated more...
