The staff that run the trolleys are so helpful .They tried there hardest to accommodate me .

I was surprised to find out every restaurant/bar automatically added a 16% gratuity to every order (even the market). It wasnt too big of a deal considering I typically tip 20% anyway. I just wasnt expecting it.
Beautiful property with multiple pools. Our room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
Lack of proper staffing to maintain cleanliness of hotel property. Kitchenette lacked basic kitchenware/utensils. Staining on most cabana mattresses and lack of service by pool area. Food options were average. Beach was so so.

The resort is beautiful and our rooms were comfortable and clean. We liked the location because it was near El Junque National Forest but still fairly close to the airport and Old San Juan. We enjoyed exploring the small nearby towns but it's easy to stay at the resort too. I enjoyed walking along the beach in the mornings and the choice of pools in the afternoons. On-site restaurants were expensive but good. We used the refrigerator for snacks that we bought from the nearby grocery store.
The place was very nice beach and pool area was great. The rooms there away from the main area so it was peaceful and quiet. It is quite expensive at the property and there are no alternative options, so having a car or planning shopping trip is recommended.
Cleanliness and high quality service is your expectations for 5 star hotel, you will be disappointed. 6 days we didnt get cleaning service (only the first 3 days cleaning service), room wasnt ready for checkout at 3 hours later after checkin time, cleaning supplies in common areas for whole week. Staff gives excuses why things are not done properly and not addressing issues. 3 star hotel does a better job on a bad day, my personally worst ever experience. This type of lack of cleanliness is visible in restaurants with food scraps on the floor from breakfast service, and staff with unwashed uniforms.
