The location is great. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and kind. I was given an upgrade which was unexpected and very nice. The room was beautiful.
The common spaces could use more warmth. It’s hard to explain and it might be due to the expansiveness of the atrium which is part of the structure and so unable to be changed. It’s hard to describe, it’s just a feeling.
Beautiful view. Good location.
If you loved the 80's, you'll love this place. There was even a (non-working) phone in the water closet. Room was booked for four, but had to call for additional towels -- we only got two. For the money, this hotel needs a severe update. Definitely expected more for the cost of the room. The Fairmont is across the street. MUCH nicer. Also, disliked that it was connected to the convention center. Maybe because we booked on Booking.com, our room was on the lowest floor. Also, a tick off as the view improves the higher you are.
No coffee in the room, even though there was a coffee machine. Also no glasses except the ones in the bathroom.
Perfect location. Friendly staff.
The elevators were so slow and only one or two seemed to work. We had to wait for another elevator several times because they were full.
