Room was fine.

Check in process was exceptionally long. Took about 20 minutes in line up. The bar was loud with Air India crew that did not seem to be buying anything, but merely being loud and playing cards. I wanted to be sitting in a nice cocktail bar listening to the music, but it was quite the opposite. Lastly, a mouse ran across the cocktail bar area. I realize that this is something that can happen or occur in restaurants, however it was very off-putting. Lastly, the shower water in the morning smelled disgusting. I literally thought it was a sewage leak and it had to run for about 10 minutes before the smell went away. Not the experience for the money we paid and won't be back

Great location exceptional staff all round great place to stay

The location is a perfect starting point to travel around the city and see the sights. Vancouver is absolutely beautiful with friendly people and wonderful restaurants.
