Although I checked in at 1 am, the desk manager was welcoming & happy, like a ray of sunshine. She checked in a line of folks after me, while managing the phone and ringing up my ice cream with a smile on her face!
Proximity to the airport and highway, the price, and the clean comfort.
How close it is to airport
Pretty upset paid for the room through booking and then when I got there, they didn’t like the time card, but already took the money out for the rental was a mess. Should have never had to fight to get a room at 2 o’clock in the morning when it was already paid for
Room was ok
Took 2 hours to check in as booking.com system had not correctly booked us in on their system.
Clean room & great staff!
Hot tub was out of order & no towels provided in the pool room.
Very clean and comfortable
The door locks were wonky. Had to try multiple times to unlock my door every time I went out. Could. not get the key to work at all on several of the side doors. This made parking inconvenient, as the lot was quite full towards the front of the building, but could only get in by walking around to the front.
