Centrally located, great room.
We were not aware that this was a wedding venue, parties Fri. - Sat, very loud. Until 11:00. It was not the relaxing vacation we were looking forward to.
The locations was second to none and the staff were superb!
The hotel was in a fantastic location. The staff was really helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me.
Friendly staff; excellent location; comfortable room

Not much. Hotel was pretty but the room was very disappointing. Only 1 chair, stuffy, no USB ports. A Keurig but no outlet for it. Not your typical Relais & Chateaux experience
Staff was absolutely wonderful, check in process was pleasant and easy. I appreciated the glass of wine! The room was clean and property was easy to navigate.
The property is a bit dated - furniture and decor (couches etc) could use a refresh. Overall, room was comfortable. Wish there had been a refrigerator in the room.
Amazing location, right in the middle of the French Quarter & across from the Market. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars, as well as historical locations. The staff at the hotel was lovely and super helpful. The rooms were modern in spite of the age of the building.
It was definitely a pricey stay relative to stays in other historical downtowns around the country, but in line with other hotels in Charleston.
