Bel Ti Plas

This is a comfortable studio apartment in the center of the island, just on the edge of The Valley (capital). The central location on the island is convenient for pretty much everything as long as you have a car. Its down a dirt track so there is no passing vehicle or foot traffic and its relatively peaceful (the 6 a.m. rooster aside, but that's common on Anguilla). The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, it has a small kitchen area, a large bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and couch, and is nicely decorated. Its also very clean and tidy, and everything works (not often the case).

I was happy with the place and it suited my needs. There isn't much of a view to speak of, just typical Anguillan brush and the neighboring houses, so this isn't the place if you want spectacular views, sunrises or sunsets, etc., etc. Visitors should be aware that there is really nothing much of use/interest within walking distance (especially in the heat) so a car is a must. It is a bit hard to find at first, especially if you miss the turn off the paved road as I did because my phone's Google maps app didn't work properly when I first arrived.

The location is basic, centrally located and quiet. The unit was updated, immaculate, cool, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The couple that run it couldnt have been sweeter, going out of their way to help accommodate me anywhere they could. Rented my car through them as well. Cant recommend them enough!

Lancer and kurtz are super hostal on time gets anything you need or ask of them very nice People. Would recomend anyone .well kept place no insect.clean clean all you need is Cash.

If you are someone Who like to go out suggest you rent a car from kurtz .its a peaceful very quiet rea

The room was wonderful - spacious, lots of storage and kitchen and bathroom were in great condition. Kurtz is a great host, super friendly, helpful and always responds quickly if there is anything you need. Good location close to The Valley, with grocery stores etc within walkable distance. I would definitely recommend Bel Ti Plas!

The apartment was very clean, smelt lovely and was very comfortable. Overall I give them a A+. Would recommend this studio to anyone traveling to Anguilla.

Well decorated and appointed apartment walkable to town centre. Very attentive host and good value too.

To be honest, I'm not sure it would suit everyone as its not near beaches. However it is nearish (20 mins walk) the main strip and very safe and quiet..

Had everything we needed,beautifully decorated , excellent location and Kurtz was a wonderful host .

Kurtz is a very kind Host and gave good tips in regards to places. The apartment is cozy, very clean and fully functional. I especially liked the location: if you look it in the map you'll see it is quite at the center of Anguilla, which makes it a perfect location to explore all the beaches of the Island, with maybe 30min max drive to the further ones. This makes it easy to appreciate the different vibes flowing around the Island.

My only issue was that i couldn't pay with my card due to it now being available yet, but Kurtz is planning to add it.
