The overall cleanliness and crispness to this unit was not there This unit needs to be updated totally All the appliances are outdated and need to be replaced The nice cleanliness to the bed was not even there The shower had sand on the floor

Walking distance, about 1/2 mile to King and Queen shops. The ground is well maintained. Our unit is facing the golf course, enjoy the openness and watching golfers passing by.

The unit needs some upgrade, carpet needs to be replaced by wood floor. Furniture and linen are not that bad but can use some update.

Easy walk to best local beach and to shops in the complex. Well marked and very interesting trails through local cultural sites. Extremely well landscaped and kept. Very quiet for such dense housing.

Only disappointment was the lack of a couple of beach chairs and a beach umbrella. It would be nice if a few basics were in the kitchen like salt.

A few item in the unit needed attention. Tv screen had lines in it, dishwasher door needs repair, lacking a lot of things in the kitchen. Normally not such a big deal but right now over half the restaurants are closed and you need to cook some.

Invest in newer tv for $300 at Costco. Add a few more useful items in kitchen Buy a set of fry pans at Costco fir $30 that are not so beat up. And a couple of new plastic cutting boards. A whisk, lemon squeeze, sharp knives.

Great location close to a family friendly beach. Nice and clean apartment complex.
