Eurostars Gran Via

Basic hotel . Still trying to figure out what makes this a five star hotel. From the lobby to the room, there was nothing special about this hotel. Breakfast should have been included.

There was one overbearing female employee at the front desk who reprimanded other employees in front of customers. Bad form.

Location, staff and rooftop terrace

The breakfast was not that great. There was also the smell of exhaust coming into the room. Im not sure where it was coming from, but I could hear machinery operating so I think it mustve been from that.

Nice location in the very center of Granada. No parking on site, but there is a garage across the street and discount us available through the hotel. Beds are very comfortable. My travel companion didn't like the pillows and different one was provided right away. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel is on busy street and there are bars around and people are noisy until really late in the night. Also noise starts early in the morning. I should point out that there are sound proof windows, so if you are ok with having a window closed, it is fine. I didn't like how bathroom is not really divided from the room, just glass door that didn't close completely and sink was not within bathroom area, but actually in the room. I would also expect better breakfast from 5 star hotel.
