Staffs are very friendly, comfortable bed and good breakfast.

We got our room without towel, shampoo and body wash. In addition our room wasnt cleaned properly and when they did clean they didnt restock toilet paper either and we had to request many times until we could get it.

At the check in, we didnt get any information about the breakfast, opening hours of the pool/gym, where the elivator was and how it works. After asking, we were told that they pool closes at 10 in the evening. At 9:30 someone came and told us that the pool was closing. In the evening, when we layed in bed, we heard noise coming from the conference down below. The next morning, when the pool was supposed to open at 10, it wasn't. We waited and at 11:15, it still wasn't open. Such a shame. In the badroom, there were also 2 dark spots at the ceiling, wich looked like mold. For the price we paid, it totally wasn't worth it. The breakfast was excellent!! A lot of variety! The location was excellent also, we went to the Mega Leite, they have a service that take you to the event and bring you back at about every 30 to 40 minutes, all day long Totally hassle free!
