Small and rocky beach. Its too big to go from anywhere from our room to any amenities.

Absolutely stunning property, larger than life, lovely pools, but the food at all the restaurants and buffet was some of the best Ive had in the world. The spa was exceptional as well.

The bugs ! And the staff will try sell you a membership, and wont stop when you say no. TV and air conditioning had a mind of its own as well at times.

Lobby staff check in not very accommodating. Zero flexibility it the options or ability to solve a problem or even offer a solution. They dont listen to the customers needs or care if you stay with them again. No effort to retain you as a repeat customer

Learn from large hotel chains like Marriott . Hopefully Hyatt will Change the no flex current mindset . They make it clear that useIng a third party to book reservations impedes thier ability to help you

Super overpriced. More than $800 usd per night for an all inclusive and they say its a luxury resort but is far away of a luxury It was no clean . Hair in the room floors. 1 hour for room service and get some water in bottles The ocean view is totally partial, blocked from many spots and the room view no the best at all . The structure of the building is no functional and no the best for an ocean view resort . We were not able to see sunrise , sunset , moonrise nothing . The beach was disgusting , the saddest and no maintenance with a couple of dozen dead Fish and so much trash and seaweed The Ac in the French restaurant didnt work properly for several nights So much pressure about signing contract for the time share. Too much ! We were looking for an adults only but Secrets shares facilities with Dreams which is crowded of kids! Noise from neighboring dogs all night long and thin walls (you can listen everything from the halls )

Nice grounds

The hotel is very large and spread out requiring lots of walking for older guests. Rates are very high especially for guests who don't drink alcohol. Shower floors were very slippery when wet, and showed signs of mold or mildew also no grab bars for old or handicapped people?
