Excellent breakfast and dinner, tour of Slea Head recommended was wonderful (Begley tours), great location!
Nothing really-would have preferred not to have a set breakfast time-but we understand the need to stagger guests for good service.
The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean.
We were on the very top floor and had to carry our bags up four flights of steps. It would be helpful to know that there was not an elevator. While our shower was hot, the tub/shower was a bit precarious. The tub is a bit high so it's not particularly easy to get out of the shower/tub, and a little tough if you have mobility issues.
Attentive service, great food and beautiful location.
The location was fantastic and had great parking for residents
The bar/restaurant staff were not very pleasant at dinner. The cleaning staff also came quite early to clean our room which we found odd, but they were fine coming back later since we were still in the room. Those serving in breakfast area and the receptionists were absolutely kind and sweet.
Staff member, young man with a strong accent, refused to get us coffee packets. Wouldnt even look for it. Seemed very indifferent. We also asked for lunch recommendations and he had little to say.
