Everything was clean fresh staff was awesome lovely resort
Everything was superb, the staff were so cautious and respectful. The cleanliness is top notch. Everything works in this property and honestly if there was anything more than five stars, this hotel deserves to have that rating.
Dinner at la mer was poor
Everything was great, a very pleasant experience
Very clean and staff were friendly. We stayed in the Ocean View King room - loved the spacious balcony and view. Housekeeping always left our room spotless, restaurant staff were attentive and accommodating, food was delicious, pool staff were always helpful, pool was nice and clean, the hotel is very well maintained, and finally, when i had a minor issue, the manager that I spoke with (I forgot her name) provided exceptional customer service.
Front desk staff could do with a bit more customer service training. For example, when someone is waiting to check in, they should be more proactive with assisting rather than waiting for their other team members to assist when they themselves are clearly available to help. Information should also be given upon check-in regarding things like wifi and facilities available (including their location and hours of operation). I know this information is available via the tablet provided in each room but it is standard practice to inform guests about these things verbally when checking in. Also, knowledge and recommendations by concierge on which activities to do around the island could be improved.
