Location - just a couple of miles from the airport. also, the breakfast, included in our stay, was wonderful
Check-in was painful. There were only 4 guests ahead of us, but it took over a half hour to get to us. The check-in desk was disorganized, and it took about 10 minutes to receive our keys. The room needed maintenance - broken light and towel rack
The hotel was very convenient to the airport. It has a large free shuttle that ran on time from hotel . The bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurant had very good food also. The ability to check in early without a hassle is priceless
There wasnt a coffeemaker in the room for an early flight you had to go downstairs. There also wasnt a mini fridge

No hot water. We let it run for 10 minutes and it never got warm. I told the front desk and they said let it run longer. We never got hot water.
