AC was really working properly
Staff are very helpful, friendly people. Buffet breakfast was very good with a huge range of food. I am gluten free and plenty of food that I could eat. Room was comfortable, shower good. Everthing was clean.
We were happy with everything
Location since its very near to Saigons iconic landmarks and fun places. The staff are very helpful as well.
The aircon on room 509 wasnt cool enough but they managed to upgrade my parents room on the same day.
location is good. Rooms clean but dated and in need for repainting. Public areas very dated and in need of redecoration. Check in staff were pleasant, however, other staff not so friendly
