Very fashionable hotel, with great rooftop pool, bar and cafe restaurant. Cool and friendly staff. Stylish and theatrical hotel decor. Vary large room with sofa area and balcony. Great location.
The room decor was nice and stylish, but could have been more theatrical like the rest of the hotel public areas. Valet parking was expensive, but prob the same as most of LA and US.
Fantastic location and very cool decor. Housekeeping was great.
Staff were unprofessional and disorganized, lots of hidden fees and up charges. Rooms and food were lackluster for the price. Operates more like a club than a hotel. Not for kids, families, or pregnant people.
Nice quiet street with easy access to major locations. Better for than being on Sunset Blvd. Parking was easy and the valets brought out the cars out quickly. Nice front desk service. The room was cute and comfortable beds. Beautiful rooftop pool. Very nice for couples.
Not a great hotel if traveling with kids. Pool is only open for kids from 7am to 12pm.
We loved our stay! The attention to detail was second to none - the room was so comfy we had everything we could possibly want. Watching LA Confidential on Monday night under the stars on the rooftop eating lobster rolls was perfection. We felt so welcomed by the staff. The other guests were so lovely too. Thank you Sima, Miles, Evan & L’assipian. We had the best time & would absolutely stay again
