Loved the location. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast.
Beds and pillows too soft for me and my family. Need to be more supportive. Backs hurt after sleeping in them. Had to go buy pillows to sleep on. Some cosmetic things need to be fixed. Floor in elevator cracked and sticking up. Family member tripped on it. Tub still had long hairs in it.
Bathroom was exceptionally clean, and bright.
One elevator was down completely and the other was chugging and about to go down. Poor reflection on the company. People said the elevators are broken down there regularly.
Food & service was good.
