Radisson Blu Hotel Nice

great location, great hotel, nice view

everything was good, only thing was the taxi from the hotel to the airport, a 10 min trip cost 60 euros which was not good, especially as the taxi from the train station 3 times further away only cost 24

The room and location was fantastic.

The service on the roof top bar was extremely slow and some of the staff were rude. The staff never changed the dirty glasses in our room. The room our vie was of the ocean , but also the park adjacent to the hotel was always full of drunk people fighting and selling drugs. We loved staff members Frederico and Charmine. The Manager Liz was very understanding to our complaints and in the end took care of us. Hopefully they will learn and get better.

I liked the big open lobby, spacious and comfortable room, the restaurants and bars (rooftop and private beach), the breathtaking views, and especially the warm smiles the reception staff wear.

Staff rude and mis informed

2mins from the tram, and lovely roof top pool to relax in after being out exploring - excellent staff, shout out to the man making Margaritas from 3-10pm!

Staff were under a lot of pressure during the day, pool service and dinner service while waiting a long time for drinks and to order anything. Nothing to do with the staff working, they were great, just can’t expect 2/3 staff to cater for a lunch and pool bar service when busy

Didn’t have breakfast

It was too expensive for the product. Suppose it was because of the Cannes festival and the Grand Prix of Monaco

The staff were incredibly helpful. Especially the Tunisian receptionist ghalia. On the initial smell of sewage, they bumped up the room to a higher floor. Then due to my father not being able to go into the bathtub, they again upgraded us to a room with a standing shower. Very accommodating.
