Review of Radisson Blu Hotel, Nice, France Booking Experience and Arrival Our stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Nice was a last-minute decision, made just 30 minutes prior to arrival, after our original booking at the Best Western Le Riviera Collection Nice proved to be unsafe and unpleasant. The swift and accommodating service at the Radisson Blu was a breath of fresh air, instantly providing a sense of relief and safety. #### Cleanliness and Safety From the moment we stepped into the Radisson Blu, it was clear that cleanliness and safety were top priorities. The lobby was immaculate, and the staff were welcoming and efficient, quickly checking us in and addressing any concerns we had after our previous ordeal. #### Room Comfort and Amenities Our room, though slightly worn, was spacious and comfortable. The bedding was clean, and the amenities provided met our expectations. Despite the slight wear and tear, the room's size and cleanliness more than made up for it, offering a restful environment after our stressful day. #### Pool Area One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop pool area. It offered stunning views of the surrounding area and a tranquil spot to unwind. The pool was well-maintained, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxation. It was a delightful retreat that added significant value to our stay. #### Location and Accessibility The hotel's location made it easy to access various parts of Nice. We had no trouble getting Ubers and taxis, which were readily available right outside the hotel. This convenience made exploring the city and returning to the hotel hassle-free. #### Overall Impression Overall, our experience at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Nice was highly positive. It provided a safe, clean, and comfortable refuge when we needed it most. The spacious rooms, lovely rooftop pool, and excellent accessibility more than compensated for any minor wear and tear in the room.
Clean and looked after
Great selection for breakfast even for our 9 month old, lovely area close to the promenade and a decent walk (40-45 minutes) into the Old town. On the days it rained we were able to go to the tram stop just outside the back of the hotel which took us into the centre of Nice quickly and easily. Our room was fantastic! Very clean, amazing space and the balcony was amazing to watch the sunrise from.
Tried to go to the restaurant for dinner on our last night but we werent told at any point it was for reservations only, we were under the impression it was open to hotel guests as they needed it and it was a shame it wasnt
Location is nice.
Fridge in my room wasn't working, lost my medication and a full day of hospital waiting to get new medication.
