It was nice and clean, very nice beds and tvs

The location
The room was dirty still upon arrival there were no trash bags in the trash cans in the room, there was fruit loops under the little kitchenette area and other food particles they didn’t clean up properly, the cleaning staff were rude when in hallways literally just in the way with the carts and looking at you like they didn’t care we were guest. The carpet even had bleach stains in the hallway.
The rooms were very clean. Staff were very nice.

Water is not available in the rooms, necessitating a walk to the vending machine, which is not functioning on certain floors. I suggest that you provide two or three bottles of water in the room, which can be charged at the time of check-out. This way, you can refill the water daily when you send your housekeeping staff to clean the room, and they will inform you at the front desk of the number of bottles they have refilled. You can then add the water to the customer account until the check-out process.
