Incredibly noisy due to noise from the road, only 1 bartender during peak times, expensive parking

Noise level on ocean side of hotel fr9m outside road traffic for lower level floors. We were on 5th floor and could hear the party bases going by all night Ling, very frustrating. Request a higher floor if on ocean side of hotel

Overall ambiance! Also, the staff showed pure Aloha spirit!
Did not get the actual room I was supposed to get because I needed interconnecting rooms. However, the staff did everything to accommodate us.

Bed bugs not clean sheets had hair, blk things after housekeeping cleaned Bed bug bites all over body two beds disappointed and need refund!! Not a ckean hotel
