Beach location. Decor. Atmosphere.
Breakfast could have been included for that price. Day beds cost extra…
Property is at a good location. Beach front was great. Room was good.
Though description on booking.com mentioned 2 rooms there was just 1. There was enough sleeping accommodations though but only 1 room. There was no room service, we could not order food to our room. The gate to the pool close to our room was broken. The pool could also use maintenance/cleaning. Luxury may not be best description for property.
The hotel and the rooms are beautiful, the location is good.
Not all the staff members are welcoming. Not all races and people are treated equally. Some of the staff members have political or race agenda
+ Best location by the beach out of the Shore House and the main Coronado Building. Even though it is an extension of Coronado Hotel, the rooms facing the beach were quieter and more pleasant + We liked how it has it's own entrance, so checking in was quick + We were lucky enough to be offered an upgrade. The room was fantastic and spacious. + We had access to two pools, so overcrowding was never an issue + House keeping called on the first day to make sure we were happy with the room's cleanliness. + Fireplace was a nice addition to the room
It was a bit harder to contact front desk prior to our stay. We are use to communicating to hotels through emails or through this site's chat system (or through an app) but no one answered them. If you have any questions or requests before the stay, the only method is phone.
The property was clean and a lovely view
There was no in room service or bar.
