The convenience and location of hotel n parking, comfortable stay

The room was very clean ,the bathroom is nice ,and the location is great because you are close to a lot of things ,places ,food ,etc.
No breakfast included , WiFi sucks connection was horrible ,the room and tv is outdated . TV needs to be at least a smart tv .
I like the hotel building itself. Clean surrounding and there's Starbucks restaurant inside premises. The complete facilities swimming pool although no time. The front desk is helpful and friendly. But the rooms assigned are awful although it's side by side with my other family that's the only goodthing.
The room assigned to us are not great, not a 4 star room. Carpet in the room old and looks like not been vacuum, got hives when I got home Toronto. The fridge wasn't been cleaned, old bottles of drinks still inside, we don't bother to report to front desk as we will stay for 2 days only. The blanket on top was so thin and if Ac on you will get freezing to cold. Comforter you will see in the 4 star hotel not provided. Lastly, when we first got into the room smelled like a smoking room and not a non-smoking one, got allergies started so I just sprayed the room with my perfume. Only the washroom is cleaned, the towels look better and the washroom kit is reasonable. Valet Parking have to ready 49 us dollars plus tax no choice of self parking. Overall stay, not happy.

I’ve stayed there many times and have been happy there. However the last 2 reservations I’ve had there have been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE. The registration staff are so RUDE AND COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. The last time went the computers were down and they wanted me to just sit and wait until they came back up. It was 1:00 am and we were exhausted. We ended up at a different hotel just so that we can get some rest. It’s time we went and the woman tried to tell me that I have not paid for the room which I already had and since I didn’t have my Physical drivers license due to my wallet being stolen that morning I couldn’t check in, they don’t Apple Pay so I couldn’t even if I wanted to use that for the deposit which they wanted $500 cash for this was outrageous I thought. The woman at the front desk was so rude and so unaccommodating she said I could have the room for a few hours since it was after midnight and we have to check out at 11. It was about 3 o’clock in the morning. So I told them to cancel the reservation and, going to a different hotel with the comedy evening with no problem. Then I went back downstairs to get my car from valet trying to leave and then all the commotion at the front desk. I had lost my valet ticket told me that I would not be able to get my car since I didn’t have the ticket. I thought that was outrageous. I had dropped the car with them 15 minutes before that. I told him to call the police because they could not just keep my car. I didn’t know what he meant by that but he told me to call them when I started to end up hand the keys to my car I’m spending the kind of money that they charge, you would think that they would be more accommodating to our needs. I don’t recommend anyone should stay here under these conditions. It’s sad that they have to treat people the way they do and I don’t understand the reason why.
