Nancy was lovely, the room was nice.

There was no mention that we would have to get our luggage and ourselves up four flights of very steep, very narrow stairs. I have arthritis in my knees, and while I can manage a few stairs, these were awful. Once we'd made it up to the room, I looked up other room vacancies for this hotel because it wasn't managable for me, but there was no vacancies, so for two days, I was mostly stuck up in the room

It's as if the hotel possessed a special knack for delivering pleasant surprises, masterfully turning ordinary moments into beautiful memories. This stay reminded me that it's not just about finding a place to sleep, but rather, it's about the kindness, attention to detail, and the heartfelt touches that transform a simple stay into an extraordinary experience.

Flynns was a total surprise - the photos on the website didnt do it justice. The location was perfect and since we hired all four double rooms it meant we had the house to ourselves. Nancy who looked after us could not have been better - efficient, professional and friendly. We recommend it absolutely. Gorlitz is a beautiful town and Flynns is a little jewel in its crown.

Take some earplugs because although the location is very quiet the church bells toll on the hour and every quarter. Minor problem

Nancy was a wonderful host. She speaks flawless English, and is very interesting to talk with. We needed extra attention for a foot injury, and she went out of her way to accommodate us with ice, crutches, and even a ride to the train station. The breakfast brunch at her restaurant was delicious also.

Easily connected with hotel about late arrival and they were very helpful. Parking right in front of hotel. Hotel was beautiful decorated and each room was unique. All extra touches were appreciated. Fully stocked mini bar appreciated after our 7+ hour car drive. Breakfast was delicious and unique. Would highly recommend this establishment without reservation!

We loved the place, it was simply perfect! It's set in a impeccably restored historical building. The room and all the common areas have a stylish design, carefully thought out to the finest detail. The location is top! We can say the same about the breakfast: various, tasty and healthy meal (decorated with flowers!). Last but not least: the service was simply perfect! And we can't forgot the bonus: a parking place just in front of the door.

We loved everything.
