Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds and clean. Staff is really great, especially the waiters at the restaurant overlooking the river. Food at this restaurant was quite good as were the drinks. And the view of the Truckee River is just great while having drinks and appetizers. Self park was easy and convenient. The area is dicey. Lots of homeless but the hotel is so well monitored and always felt safe. I would stay here again next time I'm in Reno.
Always felt welcomed by the staff. Everyone greeted your with a smile

The location is one of my favorite locations and the only hotel I stay in when I come to Reno. I enjoy the restaurant and atmosphere. I would like to say thank you to Trevor at the front desk. His customer service is amazing. Wish more people were like him. Holly and Katy at the Shore Room were amazing. Katy always made sure our drinks were full and has a pleasant attitude. Holly was a delight. Always making sure everyone is taken care of and very pleasant attitude as well. Really enjoyed our stay due to these 3 wonderful people.
I think the coffee place should be open longer and find better service. One girl that works there was great, but the rest were awful. I did not get the employees name but she worked the day of the big storm on the 4th of February. She was great.
